This meaning that he/she can make sound decisions, manage organization, make strategies and can interact with all the people involved in the business regardless of their position. An example showing competency of a leader is if he/she manifested the following actions remains steady or thrive under pressure, using it to fuel productivity and capacity stays calm and maintain focus in turbulent, threatening, or emergency situations makes rational decisions and continues to perform effectively and provides direction in crisis situations through defusing potentially violent people or situations, calming others and removing them from harm. Another important characteristic that a leader must possess is being accountable and dependable. This means that he/she takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight.
